Cozy private rooms surrounded by a beautiful park with a swimming pool and barbecue area to enjoy with friends. A few meters from the Champagnat Shopping Mall, close to the large shopping centers and the Pilar Gastronomic Beer Pole; from the USAL, the UBA (Pelegrini Headquarters) and the Austral University Hospital.
Our rental offer is for foreign students who come to Argentina to study at the famous Universities that we have nearby.
The two very comfortable rooms, located on the Upper Floor overlooking the park of the house, have Heating, Ceiling Fan, Closet, Work Table and Bedding, separated by a full bathroom that they share. Both rooms with their single beds. On the same floor there is a Study Room.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and the hosts' room with its bathroom.
Includes Wifi, cleaning service, change of sheets and towels.
We seek to share our home with cordiality, good manners and joy. Preferably students, professionals and/or tourists.
Weekend type house seven blocks from the Center of Pilar. Harmony and in contact with nature. Beautiful park, barbecue area and pool. Very illuminated. Classic decoration with numerous objects, works of art and antique family furniture decorate the rooms, achieving a lot of warmth.
Located in the area of Quintas and Private Neighborhoods in Pilar. Province of Buenos Aires, where tranquility predominates, the house has a huge park that invites you to relax and do work or study in accordance with nature. Pool available all year round and a beautiful barbecue area with barbecue complement the facilities.
Very quiet, 100m from the Carrefour Supermarket, well-known Restaurants, famous Craft Breweries, Casino and close to Rural Areas of great tourist attraction.
Its location is preferential within the area of villas in the neighborhood, having access to all means of transportation to move around with absolute ease.

Our house is at the height of PANAMERICANA KM 54.5 in the Town of Pilar. Buenos Aires province.
Its location is preferential within the zone of fifth houses of the neighborhood having access to all means of transport to move with absolute ease.
Close to the USAL University, Austral Hospital and headquarters of the UBA. A few meters from Shopping Champagnat and Carrefour Supermarket.
Very quiet, well-known restaurants, famous artisanal breweries, casino and close to rural areas of great tourist attraction.

I had an absolutely wonderful month-long stay at Jorge and Fernando's place. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was visiting family. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The house was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully maintained, and the garden added to its charm.
The location was perfect for anyone studying at Universidad Austral, and I appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood compared to the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires.
One of the highlights of my stay was our evening ritual of enjoying homemade tea after dinner. It was a delightful way to unwind and chat about the day.
Their lovable dog was an added bonus, always ready to greet me with a wagging tail.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jorge and Fernando's place to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and peaceful place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for better hosts. Thank you both for making my stay so memorable!

My stay at Jorge was awesome! It was home for me. The bathroom was always clean and every week there were fresh towels and sheets for the bed. I loved the talks we had in the evening and he makes a hell of a good ginger lemon tea. I hope we will be able to see each other again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
