House Rules

1. you will receive a set of keys that open the bedroom door, front door & yard deck door. Please be mindful of not losing the keys. Loss of keys will require you to be charged time & supplies to replace keys/lock.
2. Trash is out in front of the house, there are 2 cans outside which you can use. After cooking, please take out the trash.
3.On occasion we may have guest over or a gathering. We do however respect quiet hours. You can always speak to us about any concerns.
4. At night please make sure to lock all outside doors to the house.
5. 1-7 night stay, you are provided with a stater toiletry kit which includes 2 rows of toilet paper, 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner.
6. 7-30 night stay you are provided with 2 rows of toilet paper, 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner.
7. There's No Smoking in the Villa, you can smoke on the outdoor deck where an ashtray is provided. please clean after use.
8. You have full access to the kitchen, pots & pans, please provide your own cooking seasonings, cooking oils & any other essential you may need.
9. Laundry is once a week and you provide your own laundry detergent.
10. Please Do Not discard toilet paper or women's hygiene products in the toilet.
11.Quiet hours are 1a.m - 7a.m.
12 No cooking after 10 p.m.
13. Please turn off all lights and air conditioners when your not in the room.
14. No eating or leaving dishes in the suite.
15. Please clean up the kitchen after use.
16. No outside guests are allowed to sleep over at night.
17.Upon check out please pull off all bedding and place in the black hamper provided in the room. All towels, robes, and house slippers can be placed in the hamper. Please do no take robes or any items that have been provided. This will result in a charge of up to $200 if removed.
18. Do not sit on any furniture wet.
19. Pots, pans, utilities, glassware & coffee cups are for house use, please do not remove from the house.
20. guest must provide their own laundry detergent, cooking seasoning, cooking oil, Tupperware & groceries.
21. No parties, No late check-out & No outside guest.
22. Please give us up to 24-hour notice if you have a guest coming to see you so that we can notify all guests in the Villa. 23. Please abide by all rules and protocols written and verbally disgust with the owner of the Villa. Thank you
24. Please be advised rules, protocols, and government guidelines can change due to the covid-19 pandemic. Thank you 25. To conserve energy and water please wash your dishes after use. The dishwasher is for a full load of dishes. Thank you
26. Please keep the volume on TV at Media Library Area at #8, the size of the house echoes and we want to be considerate of another guest.
27. If you plan a Private zoom call or meeting and want to do it in the Great Room or Dining area please know that others may be in the rooms as well.
28. Please do not park in front of the sidewalk or walls of the properties to our left and right. We have plenty of parking spaces on our property.
29. Please leave your shoes at the door.
