We have a large family home with a fully self contained granny flat that has been converted to two bedroom accommodation with a kitchen lounge and bathroom this is suitable for a more independent style of living for two students. We have soccer, football and soccer ovals and a walking trail at the rear of our premises. There is also a 6 court public tennis court. We have a swimming pool also. In the main home we have two separate bedrooms for students that would prefer to be in a family environment. We have two small dogs that are 13 & 15 in age and our 21 year old daughter lives with us whilst studying at university. My husband and I are semi retired and enjoy learning languages and sharing our home. We have opened our home to students that are looking for a family environment whilst studying.

About the Area
Our home is close to the bus service and is a quiet relaxing area. we are 20 klms away from the airport and approx. 13 klms from the City centre. We have bus stops that are a 5 min walk away and the shops are within a 10 minute walk also, approx 2.5 klm to the shops and in opposite direction another shopping centre that is approx 1 klm away.

Meals

Please be respectful to other occupants of the home and keep noise to a minimum. We ask that you please do not invite strangers into our home and always tidy up after yourself.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
