Our two story home is 6 years old and located between beautiful Lake Monger where you can see the city skyline and Herdsman Lakes. These two locations attract many birds and are great places to go for walks, bike rides, bbq's and picnics. The home is a 5 minute drive to Perth city and a 10 minute drive to Floreat Beach. There's a small shopping centre a block away and public transport in the next street. Our family consists of myself, my husband and our daughter (9) and a small child friendly dog (Maltese cross). One room is available (upstairs) and we are able to set up for couples in lounge area with queen mattress on the floor for short stays. The home has three bathooms and toilets and during your stay you would have exclusive use of one of these bathrooms. There are two separate living areas and a large outdoor entertaining area under the pergola. In addition if you like jumping we have an in-ground trampoline! The home has air conditioning throughout and is comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 3 km from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The train station is a 20 minute walk. The beach is a 10 minute drive and the local shopping centre is two streets away. There are major shopping centres a few kilometers away. There are great dining areas in the heart of our suburb and close by. The area is multicultural.

Meals

Anne and her family made me feel very welcome, like I was part of the furniture. The room was very accommodating, and bed comfy. Olivia, Anne's daughter makes a great coffee in the morning. I would definitely recommend Anne's home stay to anyone.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
