Brand new modern apartment, we are the first tenants so everything is new including all furniture and appliances.
It's worth staying just to experience the bed! Designed based on extensive sleep studies, it has premium mattress and pillows, massages and has pre set incline head and feet positions programmed for 15 minutes before automatically flattening out to give you the perfect night sleep.

I work away every second week which gives you the perfect balance of having a local host to help you with all your needs while I'm there and some valuable space and privacy during the time I'm away. While I'm away you will be able to communicate with me outside work hours and have the contact details of my family who live close by in the event of something requiring urgent attention.
Making meals is definitely not my strong point although I do have everything you would need to make your own meals. Happy to include some breakfast basics for your stay (Cereal, bread, spreads, milk, coffee, tea etc.), simply let me know what you require.
While I am home I live with my 5 year old daughter which is why it is my preference to have female guests. This is for her comfort as opposed to me having a problem with males staying.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Noise level after 8:30pm must be reasonable to what you would expect with a 5 year old sleeping in the house
Damage to home contents may require replacement but will be assessed on a case by case basis

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
