My apartment is in gulshan area. In the apartment hv a small balcony garden & birds too. We provide all facialities with privacy for our expat guests. Safety and homely environment is my priority. You are welcome to get taste of Bangladeshi hospitality. Hope you will go back with nice memory.. thanks

About the Area
Our places situated in near Gulshan 1 avenue area.. Very easy to access Gulshan 2 & Banani area. Even its near avenue but neigbourhood are very quite and far enough from busy road..All Embussy, international clubs, Organizetions, multi nationals company's office are easy to go.. all kind of transportation are available. The bus stop is only 5min walking distance.
Markets, groceries, super shops, restaurents, coffee shop, different cuisins,some international food chain are available in close by.
Gulshan 1area hv Art gellary, boutiques, Banks, ATM ..
The best place for foreigners.. Gulshan is one of secured area,which pass the security level of lot of organigetions like UNDP,Unisef etc..
And most of foreigners living in this tri-star area.

House Rules
Plss...keep clean ur room, dont throw ur trash everywhere. Dont make disturbance for neigbours. For save electricity, please keep all switch turn off while not using. Respect the ppl who serving you. Outsider guest not allowed in room. Can talk with guest in living room if it's important. Don't bring random people in the apartment.. Check in 1pm and check out 10am everyday. Early / late luggage drop-off allowed with complete payments..
Anykind of illigal Activity or illegal access is prohibited at the premesis.. Provide your Identity hard or soft copy along with showing original one.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
