We live in Biritiba Mirim city belonging to the high groupie, which integrates the east side of St. Paul, near the coast and the Greater São Paulo. In the house are two bedrooms available to stay in a beautiful house (mansion) with beautiful panoramic views, one of which has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, fan, TV and DVD player. In another room a double bed and two single mattresses, fan and TV. A private bathroom next to the rooms to be used only by the guests will be provided and cleaned daily. Furthermore, no kitchen, TV room, laundry area (washer and dryer), which could be used by the guest, also offer lavandeira service to match. You will be staying with a family, a daughter of 24 years student of dentistry and a son of 11 years and two small dogs of Maltese and Pekingese breed that will gladly welcome them.In the neighborhood there bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. We are near Mogi das Cruzes which will be installed in the selection of Belgium. The property has an excellent location, 10 minutes from several attractions like water park, sports court and waterfalls, 40 minutes from the beach Bertioga, easy access to the stadium where the opening Itaquera the 2014 World Cup will be held in which are Train services available. The property will be offered every day of the stay complimentary full breakfast, in addition, are included the entire line of bed and bath with towels, bedding, blankets, comforters, pillows, cushions available on site to guests . Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
