My apartment on the 7th floor is bright and spacious, the balcony unfolds a panoramic beautiful city. The location is great because it is one of the best neighborhoods easily accessible on foot, by taxi or bus. In the neighborhood we have most services such as gyms, laundry rooms, conveniences stores, fuel stations, pharmacies, hospitals, magazine stands apart from bakeries, ice cream parlors, restaurants and eateries, such as a Steakhouse and MacDonald are 50m. 3 km from the city's largest park "Mother Bonifácia" and the biggest Shopping Center "Pantanal".
A comfortable room for up to 3 people with private bathroom for guests with air conditioning, external and internal blinds. Bedding and bath impecáveis.Na kitchen, the microwave and the refrigerator can be shared, as well as the TV room with free WiFi and closed channels.

My apartment is located 50m from the cafeteria MacDonald Av Historian Rubens de Mendonça, Av.CPA and 50m from the bus stop and taxi rank. And half an hour from the airport. All are circular walk by restaurants, cafeterias and bakeries great. The largest shopping center in the city and the best Park are situated just 3 km amis.

Nivia is a great host, she is caring and attentive to your needs. Our room was comfortable and had air con. The breakfast at Nivia's was amazing!! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
