A good aesthetic is fundamental, just as the conditions of a house should be comfortable with the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of life to the owners. In a way, the house is a reflection of its owners and therefore should constitute the most precious space for the permanent stay or frequent family visits.

Today we present Recanto Elohim. We challenge you to imagine yourself in these quiet and comfortable spaces, as if it were your own residence.

The house has a traditional style with a balcony with blank concrete columns. The columns support a wooden structure in masonry covered by ceramic tiles, wood lining giving a slight contrast to the ivory floor of the balcony. In contrast to these two elements appear the white and green surfaces of the house that harmonize with the garden area that extends throughout the property where the residence is located.

Simple and charming finishes.

The porcelanato floor of the balcony repeats itself inside the house in wooden style of demolition. This is a more rustic element, in the same style as the crown molding and red with the ceiling. However, the furniture and kitchen equipment are completely modern, as is the distribution of the house, in an open plan. The space has natural lighting that makes the environment much more pleasant, comfortable and welcoming, bringing greater quality of life to the residents.

Communication with the outside

The social area has an open plan configuration, which brings to the space a feeling of breadth and lightness. The large sliding windows range from floor to ceiling and allow residents to communicate directly with the balcony of the first image. In this way, a permanent integration between the interior and exterior is created, which adds an interesting visual element to the project, since the surrounding landscape becomes part of the interior.

Simplicity and Tradition

The room is full of light. It has apparent Blindex windows, just like the rest of the house, which give it a rustic and traditional feel, as well as the decoration and furnishings. However, the existence of few pieces of furniture makes this space to a certain extent minimalist. As a result, homeowners can enjoy a comfortable space that perfectly blends the best of both worlds.

Arriving at the delightful balcony, outside the house, we can appreciate with calm and in detail a beautiful open space, perfect to enjoy the outdoors and nature with all the privacy and comfort deserved.
