We are a young 30-year-old couple with no children and no pets in the house. We enjoy reading, relaxing on the porch, eating and traveling a lot. On holidays, whenever possible, we choose an unknown destination to explore and have a lot of fun! . We know a lot about Amazonia and we believe we can collaborate with your great stay in our space in Manaus !!

About the Area
Lilian's accommodation is located in Manaus, AM, Brazil.
Besides being a tourist point, Ponta Negra is the most noble neighborhood of Manaus, located in the western part of the city. In the process of modernizing the urban space of the neighborhood, the landscape intervention of the beach of Ponta Negra resulted in a large architectural complex, such as the boardwalk, amphitheater and restaurants, which changed the landscape and appreciated the area, already quite rich by its natural beauty. Closer to the banks of the Rio Negro are the large enclosed condominiums, high-standard residential areas and more valued Manaus in front of a privileged and exuberant setting. The Ponta Negra neighborhood is also the main growth vector of Manaus. A region that values itself every day with the investments it receives in road, residential, commercial, leisure and cultural infrastructure.

House Rules
We provide a cozy and bright room within a large and secure apartment located in a high standard condominium of the city. Cable TV, wardrobe, air conditioning in the room. Gourmet kitchen available and other common areas. The location is the difference, it is 500 meters from a modern shopping center and 1.5 km from the main beach and tourist point of the city: Ponta Negra beach.

Our apartment is next to the Arena da Amazônia, where the World Cup games took place in 2014.
Guest access
- You will have access: to the balcony, to the kitchen utilities, living room, a toilet and a bathroom, besides the own room leased;
- The refrigerator is for collective use, and you can store your purchases in the space provided at the time of check-in (the first shelf);
- Household cooking utensils are available for use, and should be promptly washed, dried and stored at their place of origin after use;
- In the bathroom we provide 01 face towel, plus 01 body towel per guest per week and rolls of toilet paper as basic items;
- We do not have soaps, shampoos, conditioners, razors or moisturizers;
- You will receive 01 key from the service door of the house as soon as you combine with us your check-in;
- Do not forget to return the key at the end of your stay, you can even leave it at the concierge if it is impossible to return it to the Host;
- The names of the guests and number of documents are informs.the ones in the concierge and in the administration of the condominium so that the guests have free access to the place and to the common areas of pool and gym) =;
- ATTENTION: No visits from third parties are allowed in the house, nor parties or other arrangements of meeting;
- We do not provide telephone service;
NOTE: The use of the washing machine is subject to the payment of a fee per wash of up to 15kg of clothing of R $ 40,00 (WE DO NOT PROVIDE liquid soap, softener and others). In need of new use, new fee will be charged.
OBS2: The iron is subject to a charge of $ 40.00 for the use of the utensil (one time only). In need of new use, new fee will be charged.
As the washing machine and the iron are collective. The use must be negotiated with the other residents of the apartment.
- For the greater comfort of the guest, we inform that near the property, there are specialized laundries.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
