Large family house close to Cotovelo beach (100 mts.), in an area of 1000 m², with swimming pool and large green area. Couple is willing to host people on tourism trips, business or conventions.
We are located 8 km from the beach of Ponta Negra in Natal and 3 km from the beach of Pirangi do Norte, where the largest cashew tree in the world is located, with nearby shops, fuel supply station and transport at the door.
House with plenty of space including a TV room, living room, dining room, veranda all around the house, four suites and garage.
Exceptionally, we can, with a fee of R$ 250.00, pick up and take up to 4 people to the Airport (the amount does not depend on the number of people).

For reservations, only accept and confirm with the prepayment of 65% and the rest on arrival.

About the Area
Our house is 100meters to Elbow Beach, this very quiet beach with calm sea, weak and shallow waves. Great for hiking, practice sports or just to enjoy the visual. We are located next to the residential complex In the Bali Mare.

House Rules
We do not allow smoking inside the house. Do not allow pets. We allow use of kitchen for small meals. We do not accept guests of guests in our house without a previous authorization. The breakfast is schedule to receive up to 20 hours and after this time must be combined before. We only allow drinks socially and circumstances permit drunkenness in our house. Your stay in our house is welcome but remember that it is our home and not a hotel.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
