Wohnung im St Bernardo do Campo Stadtzentrum (23 km vom São Paulo Stadtzentrum und Sao Paulo Altstadt) mit einfachem Zugang mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage (11. Etage) des Gebäudes und bietet Blick auf das Rathaus und die zentrale Kirche der Stadt. Die lokale öffentliche Sicherheit ist zwar nicht mit den europäischen Standards vergleichbar, kann jedoch im Vergleich zum brasilianischen Großstadt-Szenario als gut angesehen werden.
Das Apartment verfügt über eine Bibliothek / ein Büro mit einem 27-Zoll-iMac für die Gäste sowie über WLAN im gesamten Apartment. This is a luxury apartment, with a total area of 95m2, with a großen and gut ausgestatteten Küche, and with a Standard an Organization and Sauberkeit ist hoch. Der einzige Fernseher im Haus ist in meinem Zimmer. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein 2 m langes Einzelbett, etwas alt, zu weich für schwere Menschen, aber mit wasserdichtem Futter, und gibt ausreichend Platz im Schrank. Dieses Gästezimmer verfügt nicht über ein internes Bad, is gibt jedoch ein Gästebad nebenan, das ausschließlich für den Gast bestimmt ist. Ich bin ein 46-jähriger Mann, meine Muttersprache ist Englisch, ich spreche relativ Englisch, relativ Spanisch und ich bin ein Anfänger in deutscher Sprache. Mein Hauptziel bei der Bereitstellung des Raums, die deutsche Sprache zu üben. Ich bin sehr freundlich und ruhig, ich habe ein intellektuelles Niveau, das als hoch eingestuft werden kann (relativ zum brasilianischen Volk), ich interessiere mich für Kunst, Philosophie, Politik und spreche gerne. Ich kenne auch Respekt für die Stille. Ich bin freundlich, respecktvoll, ich habe keine Laster, ich bin hygienisch und ich bin ein guter Koch. Es ist gut zu berichten, dass ich Veganer bin und die Zubereitung von Fleisch sowie Fleisch im Kühlschrank nicht existieren kann.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
