We are a young couple, live in a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, very comfortable. Our apartment is opposite the metro station belonging Sacomã the green line, which makes connections with all the other subway lines. Our kitchen is wide with large fridge, microwave, espresso machine and toaster. Our living room has 42 inch tv, video game x-box 360, access to wi-fi. We also have a very cool space on the terrace to relax and prepare quick meals. We offer a private bathroom.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the south zone of Sao Paulo in front of the subway station Sacomã, Which belongs to the Metro Green Line. We are just 5 meters from Paulista Avenue stops and the downtown area. Furthermore, we are in front of the bus terminal and taxi rank. We are 1 km from the Ipiranga Museum. We are close to Ibirapuera Park.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed for this offer space terrace since the windows are open. Do not invite strangers to come into our apartment, if you want to talk to us before. Feel free to use the space we offer, but remember to leave everything in order. We do not allow couples with children under 14 years.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
