I am Brazilian, 27 years old, studying psychology, working in HR and speak Inglês! I am very friendly and always happy to make my guest's experience the best experience. Have been hosting people for 2 years and it has been pretty well. I have a cat que calls Nick. I have a boyfriend, and Normally he stays over weekends and sometimes weekdays During. He is an amazing person and always happy and friendly with my guests. My place is in an excellent location, and is a very confortable apartment near to train station, Carrefour supermarket, Morumbi shopping mall. All bills included, I have wi-fi internet, and I pay for all the products for common use, you just have to buy your own toiletries and food! I have bed clothes and towels too! My apartment is all equipped and you can use everything as washing machine, microwave, etc..That famous bridge (Cable-Stayed Bridge) is very close from my apartment, we can see it from here! Morumbi and Market Place, both famous shopping malls are close from here too! My apartment is near the big companies Pfizer, Deloitte, Accenture. Also is near american consulate. The city is a major cultural center. The city has an ethnically diverse metropolitan area, with predominant Italian, Portuguese and African background. It Also Has a Significant number of Spanish, Arab and Japanese descendents. São Paulo is known for its varied and sophisticated cuisine, ranging from Chinese to French, from fast food chains to five star restaurants. Be welcome and enjoy your stay!

About the Area
Excellent location, and very confortable apartment in Chacara Santo Antonio, near to train station (farm julieta station) and supermarket Carrefour. Bus stop in front of the building and train station 5 minutes walking! That famous bridge (Cable-Stayed Bridge) is very close from my apartment, we can see it from here! Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls BOTH famous are close from here too!

It is forbidden smoke in my apartment. I also do not like drugs, if you use it, please, do not stay here! During the period that you are here, the room is yours, Normally I do not get in, and You Should to take care of the room. I buy all the products for common use like: soap, drink water, fabric softener, etc .. You just have to worry about buying your own food and toiletries. IMPORTANT: please, make sure you buy it that everything you need, bur if you need anything the salt, sugar, egg, soap, etc., ask me or let me know afterwards. My house is the most of the team, meanly During the weekdays very calm and quiet, is it a good place to relax after a busy day around the city, working or studying.*** If you need anything que is not in your room and is not a common product, just let me know, Normally I do not mind to share my things, but I will mind if you take in and not let me know! If you want to have any friend at home, let me know before as well! your friends are welcome but I wont like people not that i know of and I am not waiting. I am very fine and friendly, if there is it is everything GREAT RESPECT! =) Please, help me to keep everything tidy and organized, I do the cleaning of my apartment but if you mess anywhere I hope you clean it up. I am very open for conversations, but I have my rules and I just ask for respect in my place, if you can not respect, please, do not stay here! Be welcome, During The Time That you are here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
