Family home in a touristic region in São Paulo state, Brazil, near the big cities ( São Paulo and Campinas city).
Our family lives in a big appartment then, we have 2 bedrooms (and bathroom) to rent for tourists or students.
We live in a green area in the mountains, and at the same time we are in the downton. In 5 minutes walking you are in the commercial center of the town ( shops, restaurants, banks, etc) , near some touristic points, mineral water springs swimming-pools, etc.
Living in a touristic area, all the towns around us have different types of tourist attractions.
Feel free to ask about the things you wish to know about us or the town.
We speak portuguese, italian, english and something of french and spanish.
We accept all payment ways, including creditcard, Paypal, PagSeguro.

We are habituated to receive foreign people at home, and going around for tourism or in business travel to other places too, not only in the town where we live.
In the rate is included the breakfast, if you wish to include the other meals too or if you preffer to cook tell us.

About the Area
Our house is located in a park area, 500 meters from the downtown, you can go walking to the commercial area, and visit some touristic points. The bus station is next 300 meters.
Our town is one hour (or 90 km) far from Campinas city (including the Viracopos international airport); and it's 150 km from São Paulo city ( including the Cumbica international airport)

House Rules
Please, keep our home secure, feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after; as we live in an appartment, keep noise to a minimum after the 22:00 (building rules). Arriving here we share the needs from both parts.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
