Our apartment is situated in lovely,green quite area of city of Plovdiv with a lot of local restaurants, parks,shops and 15 min. walk from the city centre.
There are 2 rooms with separate terrase and beautiful view to the green park and family restaurant on the ground floor.
There is a new bathroom with toilet ,Wi-Fi connection, cable television,spacious living room-open plan with the kitchen( fully equipment) and balcony.
I have no children and pets but plenty of hospitality to share with you!

About the Area
Our apartment is located on the South side of Plovdiv city in a quiet and safe suburb called ``The Little Paris``,which has a history of market place and is famous for its local fruits and vegetables.
I am only 10 min. walk from the Railway station and 15-20 min.walk from the City Centre.
There are a lot of bus stops nearby which can lead you to the Old town of Plovdiv--you must see it.
The area is full of trendy cafes,bars,local restaurants,parks,open gums and markets.
There is a local guide at the Tourist Info Centre for free, where you can have your walk and lecture with other tourist in English language.
I hope to have a nice time with me at my home

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
