We have a private room with its own full bathroom, close to parks and bus exchanges. We have a 13 yr old who stays to himself and likes to game. We both work hard, retail and welder fabricator. A quiet safe home. This is a no smoking, no drugs home.
Additional Info
$500 damage deposit is required that would be returned to you upon leaving if there is no damage. As well content and liability insurance is needed. This is generally around 30$ a month and you would need to provide proof of this insurance upon arrival. Please feel free to ask more questions.

A great stay that I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere themselves while in abbotsford. The room was spacious and had everything I needed as well as being in an ideal location with bus routes nearby connecting to everywhere in the city. Agnes was a great host and I never had any problems, the room was also very private which was ideal as a student.

Staying at Agnes and Eric's place was absolutely an amazing experience. Quiet place, great people, and beautiful scenery. The house is central to all amenities, shopping malls nearby, a bus station to all areas of the city and close to the beautiful Mill Lake Park.
It was an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
