This is residential area and just near to airport and all grocery stores are near, lot of parking space , near garden and trails.
Near by park and kids playing area.
Chances of seeing Aurora too. 2023 is incredible so far , able to witness couple of times .
We have two rooms one larger room with Queen Bed , Office Desk and lot of additional space.
second bedroom is with Single room with office desk and chair.
Both the rooms and one full bathroom are at the upstairs.
Dedicated Parking space and lot of road side parking.
Additional heating and non heating fan available.
100 cleaning charges
One full washroom is dedicated to guests in room 1 and 2.
No visitors allowed .. no smoking/alcohol/drugs

About the Area
Our house is located on north side of the city in quite and safe suburb. We are just few minutes drive to Airport, all the shopping complex, bus terminal, hospitals, superstores and libraries are just walkable distance.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house are lot of options using this stop. Direct buses to downtown and also to the bus terminal.

Neat and clean place to stay at. It was a comfortable stay as it felt hygienic. The host is also friendly and guides well to explore Calgary. Worth spending time there.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
