We live in a nice neighbourhood called Sardis in Chilliwack, steps away from the Vedder River. Our 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom & den apt. has 15ft vaulted ceilings and lots of light, plus a great deck with fantastic mountain views. When you stay with us you get a lovely bright bedroom with twin size bed, mirror, closet, dresser, window onto green park, pullout single bed and your own private brand new bathroom. We have two small dogs so you can bring yours too if it's friendly.
There's laundry on site and a great deck to enjoy the sun.
We speak English, Italian, and Spanish and enjoy cooking, watching movies, listening to music, photography, nature, and theatre.
I am a certified TESOL instructor.
We provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals (or use of kitchen) for an added fee.
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Brunella offers qualified language instruction in her native language, Italian, and has her TESOL certification if you'd like to study English. One hour of instruction costs 25.00 CAD. The lessons will be given by the host herself at the accommodation.

About the Area
Our homestay is the perfect location when visiting Chilliwack. Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
Meals

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10,30 pm please.
If you would like to invite a friend over, just let me know in advance.
This is a vegetarian home, except for dog food.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
