Situated in southeast Edmonton just a 15 minute drive from the Edmonton international airport, 5 minutes from the new meadows rec centre with pool, skating, gym, library and beautiful outdoor spaces. This top floor, corner unit with south facing balcony is in a quiet neighborhood and secure building. Perfect for those visiting for work/school or anyone wanting to visit all that Edmonton has to offer. Don't forget to check out the river valley walking trails!
Quiet, comfortable room with queen sized bed, dresser, end table and closet space situated beside your own private 3 piece bathroom featuring shower, toilet and sink. Laundry is free and directly adjacent to your room. Coffee/tea available every morning with full use of the shared kitchen to make meals. The shared living room has an android box for TV viewing. There is also high speed wi-fi and a huge balcony to enjoy in the summer months with table, chairs and BBQ.
Meadows rec centre boasts a large pool, hot tub, skating rink, gym, fitness classes and library only a 5 minute drive away. The river valley has a beautiful trail system with hundred of kilometers of trails for everyone from a beginner to an experienced hiker. West Edmonton mall is the main attraction within the city as it has more than enough things to do. Edmonton valley zoo, the parliament buildings, museum and whyte ave are all tourist hot spots as well.

House Rules
Please refrain from eating and drinking in the bedroom to protect the carpets and bedding from stains. There are 4 chairs at the island guests can use to sit at and enjoy meals/snacks.
Please no outdoor shoes in the house, there is a mat by the door for your shoes.
No smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol allowed.
Quiet time is after 10pm but as per condo bylaws, at no time can anyone be a "nuisance" to neighbors, be mindful of others as it is a wood frame building and sound travels.
Please cleanup after yourself if you choose to use the kitchen (do your own dishes, wipe counters and clean any mess).
Home is not suitable for babies or children and is adults only.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
