About the Area
Bus arrivals: Mega bus or greyhound walk 10-15 min to the walkway to front door
Taxi: From bus station is less than 5 min ride.
City transit bus : # 7 Invista get off at Aberfoyle Rd.
Train: 10-15 walk over the bridge.
Taxi : is 3 min ride.
City buses: Get #16 train station at 15,45 after the hour. Evenings 15 after the hour. #18, runs odd schedule. #7 comes all the time at 5,35 after the hour and you catch it just outside of the station on same side of the road. All 3 buses stop in front of my complex.
City Bus: To downtown/Queens area there is #16 transfer at Kingston Centre to the #4,#12,#2.
#18 goes directly there. Get #7 same side road as house to bus station get #2 downtown.

House Rules
ROOM KEY: must be returned at departure or a fee of 25.00 will be charged.
KITCHEN: You are responsible to wash n clean your dishes. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE FOOD OR OTHER RESIDENTS THINGS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
ALL FOOD OR DRINKS MUST BE STORED AND CONSUMED IN KITCHEN OR LIVING ROOM.WATER IS ALLOWED IN YOUR ROOM.
Shared Bathroom 2nd floor: Shower curtain must be inside tub when in use. Purchasing of toilet paper will be shared among all people in home. It will rotate monthly.
Garbage/ Recycling: RINSE ALL CANS, GLASS & PLASTIC BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN DESIGNATED BUCKET.FLATTEN ALL BOXES BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN PROPER CONTAINER. Buckets are inside convenience. Garbage out in front of the house on THURS NIGHTS except for when there is a holiday. There is only 1 garbage bag per week due to our city bylaws. Excessive garbage $ be charged
Energy Usage: Curtains stay open in day to allow sun to warm room. Heat is on window is closed. Lights being left on extra $ charged..
Noise/Doors: Please DO NOT SLAM DOORS. TURN the HANDLE or you will break the door. Quiet time is 11 pm on week days. Special events MAY HAPPEN ON WEEKENDS this will cause more noise than usual. When using the kitchen late at night or early in morning pls try to keep noise to a minimum.
Cat Senorita is very friendly DO NOT FEED HER, or LEAVE YOUR FOOD BY ITSELF AT ANYTIME OR SHE WILL MAKE IT DISAPPEAR Hide it in microwave or oven. She is not allowed outside. Keep SCREEN DOOR CLOSED at all times. If she GETS OUT YOU WILL need to BRING HER INSIDE THE HOUSE. She has access to the whole house. If you do not want her in your room just keep the door closed.
SMOKING/ WEED: Outside
YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 IF DONE IN THE ROOM. AFTER THE FIRST WARNING YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE OUT. NO MONEY REFUNDED..
ALCOHOL: You are more than welcome to drink if you become aggressive or out of control you will be asked to leave the house for a period of time. If this persists you will be required to move with no notice & no money will be refunded.
Visitors: Must be APPROVED and YOU ARE responsible for their actions and any damages or theft that may occur.
If we are away there will be an assigned host to take our place. They will be responsible to be in home while we are away and you must follow there directions. My contact info will be avail to you.
Parking: parking lots are available throughout the complex. We must register your vehicle with property management for long term stays.
Communication: Any messages will be on your wipe out board attached to your door. Mail will be put in your mailbox I have nosy neighbors pls do not discuss your stay with them.
OTHER: Room must be kept clean n tidy no cans drinks access garbage or food if this becomes a problem you will be asked to move no money will be refunded. Room checks will be done occasionally.
Laundry after 7 pm on weekdays, anytime on weekends 2 loads a week. No time curfew & you are on your own schedule pls be respectful of others when coming in late. No candles in the room due to fire hazard. You are required to wash your linens, clean your room help maintain bathroom & main areas of the house You are responsible to purchase everything for yourself this includes but not limited to food, toiletries, dish soap, laundry sandwich bags etc. You are required to help keep outside areas of the house clean incl leaves, shovelling snow/ice off the driveway.
IF WE ALL DO OUR PART in following the information of the house this will make for a SAFER, MEMORABLE STAY for everyone. If you have any concerns need assistance or have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us we will do what we can to help.
WE WELCOME YOU TO OUR HOME…
DAMAGE TO HOUSE, RESIDENTS BELONGINGS or THEFT WILL RESULT IN EXTRA FEES BEING CHARGED and you may be required to PERMANENTLY leave the premises.
If any of the above is not being followed you may be asked to leave the premises with your belongings. You will not be refunded for any money pertaining to your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
