This beautifully renovated, 2 bed 2 bath home has your very own bedroom, bathroom and TV (desk & chair provided upon request too). Your room is located away from the main living areas making for great privacy.
The apartment is elevated from the street with a private terrace & has all the comforts of home.
Close to Douglas College & only steps from The College of Dental Hygiene.

Right in the heart of New Westminster. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, recreation, parks, Royal City Shopping centre, medical services and more. Direct access to major highways allows an easy commute to surrounding destinations including Surrey, Richmond and downtown Vancouver.
Moody Park with its Pool, Off leash dog park, Tennis Courts and Lawn Bowling Club, New Westminster Public Library, and Grocery stores are steps away. Westminster Quay and River Market are minutes away.
Directly across the road from The Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene. Accommodation is within close proximity to Douglas College.
Getting around
4 bus stops at the door. New Westminster Skytrain and 22nd Street Station are a brisk 10-15min walk away (or short bus ride). Free street parking is available at both the rear and side streets of the apartment.

Please be courteous of others:
In-suite laundry use between 8am - 10pm (Strata By-Laws, also low noise hours).
No smoking and no illegal drugs.
No extra guests over without prior approval.
Please clean up after yourself daily in the shared living spaces.
Preferably shoes off inside.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
