My house is located just 20 minutes from the downtown area and gives you a quiet location with a yard to enjoy the sunshine. Bus stop is less than a minute walk from the home and the Subway train station is only a 3 minute bus ride away.

House Rules
Thank you for following the rules in my home. If you have a car please let us know so that we can give you information about parking and also adjust cost to include your car. Please remember that there are others in the home and to be mindful of noise when coming in-and-out especially late and early.. Units 1 and 2 are entirely self contained with no sharing and each are equipped with own bathroom with shower and Unit 3 has exclusive use kitchen and bathroom no sharing. Unit 1 is a unit that can sleep 4 comfortably with 2 double beds. Therefore, there is different pricing for this unit. Essentially the pricing is 20$ extra per night for each person over 2 people. This same pricing applies to Unit 2 also where guests pay additional $20 for persons over 2. Guests pay 50% on booking and the other 50% day of arrival in order to receive the codes to get in. Host will supply how to make payment once booked. Kindly be sure to follow this rule in order to receive your codes and access in a timely manner. There is a cleaning fee of $75 for Units 1 and 2 and $55 for Unit 3. Laundry is $3 per load. Pets are $5.00 per day with a cap of $30 per stay for unit 1 and 2. Unit 3 is too small for pets. No parties or large get togethers. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am.

Staying in Julie's home for an entire summer was a great experience. The units are well eqipped with the necessities (soap, toilet paper, towels) and more - such as a TV and tower fan. Once I was ill, and Julie provided me with medicine. She is very friendly and caring. Over the summer, Julie inlcuded me in family outings and gatherings. This stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return, so I highly recommend staying with Julie.

The habitation smell not good. She was gentle with me, however, she took a long times to respond. The bed is small and needs to be more confortable

Hi Nancy, I wish you communicated with me a little more and perhaps we should have used a translator as english as a second language can be challenging if you appear to understand without asking for clarification. The smell is likely the brand new bed. The upholstery on the head board had a smell when we opened it and it has been getting better over time. As we spoke when you arrived I explained that you could call/text or ring my personal doorbell on my unit door to reach me immediately. I was home for your entire stay. I was easily reachable any time day or night. I explained not to message me using a particular platform which you continued to use. We have not had any complaints to date on the new bed which has been used 6 or 7 times so far. I'm sorry you felt it was uncomfortable. One guest told us it was perfect. It's hard to have a bed to please everyone. We wish you all the best in your future travels! Be safe and be well!

A really nice place to stay, if you need anything the owner Julie will help you with it, and while you respect the others, you are completly free, i never felt restricted in my whole stay

We had an appartment for us, everything was clean, modern, beautiful… We has acces to an amazing backyard! We were close the city so it was perfect for us.

Julie was an amazing host. I stayed there for about two weeks and I was really nervous about everything since it is my first international trip. She made the whole experience lovely. The place is extremely clean and well-maintained just like how it appears in the pictures. I would highly recommend it to anyone. You can book it with no second thoughts and you will have the best stay. Goes without saying that its also the place I refer to my friends who are visiting Toronto.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
