We live on a tree-lined street in a quiet neighbourhood in trendy Leslieville only 3 km from downtown Toronto, a short walk from many shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, community pool and steps from subway and streetcar.
Public pool and City bike rentals are steps away and beautiful sandy Lake Ontario beaches are a few minutes away by bike.
We offer a single air conditioned room overlooking a garden with desk and storage. We are open and accepting of all people.

About the Area
My home is located in the east end of Toronto 3 kms from downtown close to the Beaches Neighbourhood and the Leslie Street Spit. We are steps from a streetcar as well as two bus lines and a subway station is just at Greenwood and Danforth that will take you downtown and to the airport.

Please lock front door when entering or leaving.
No strangers are permitted into our home.
If you would like to invite a guest for a short stay but not overnight, please advise us in advance.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
Please enjoy your stay and treat out home as you would your own.
Full payment for stays of two weeks or less prior to arrival.
For longer stays half must be paid prior to arrival, the balance on arrival.
Smoking Rules

I can’t thank Ted and Steve enough for a wonderful stay in Toronto. They were so hospitable and welcomed me into their home as if I was part of the family.
It absolutely made my stay in Toronto, as they were full of advice and tips on good things to do and see! Their house is in the lovely leafy leslieville which is near the beaches and close to downtown, which is easily reached by subway and streetcar. Greenwood park is near too lovely and has a great pool, for summer cooling down. There’s a great brewery just a stones throw away which does great beers and food. All in all lots to do and see on your doorstep.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
