Welcome to Coco's Homestay. We provide a self serve breakfast and a home-cooked dinner with your daily, weekly and monthly rate. We are conveniently located in one of Vancouver's westside
nicest and safest neighbourhood called Kerrisdale. You will have a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop for bus #41 that runs to UBC and 41st/Cambie Skytrain Station in 10 to 15 minutes, and the #2 bus that goes straight to downtown city centre in just 20 -25 minutes. We are very happy to be hosting you in this amazing city and with the great company Homestay for what ever your needs may be. About the Area
Our house is located on the west side of the city in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. We are 25 minutes from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. Langara College and the University of British Columbia are 15 and 25 minutes away from house.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and take you to 41st/Cambie St. Skytrain station that goes to downtown and to the airport in minutes.
The area has a few trendy cafes, restaurants ( including one of our famous Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds favourite restaurant/Bar, called Minervas) as well as some nice fashion boutiques and specialty shops. And lastly it's about 15 minutes to beautiful hiking at our famous
Pacific Spirit Regional Park, and 25 minutes to our also famous Wreck Beach, Kitsilano beach and Spanish Banks.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guest/Students will be given a key, for the front door.
Breakfast and Dinner is included, home guest are allowed to make their own breakfast and you will be served dinner. No cooking in your room of any sort and at any time. You may use guest fridge, or warm up food in microwave or use the stove to make your breakfast.
Please turn off lights and heat in bedroom when you go out.
Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm
Once a week use of laundry for your convinience detergent is included.
Please be mindful of the use of water and keep showers to no more than 15 minutes. This is for energy reservation and for the enjoyment of other guest and the host family.
We welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay, but we ask that you please treat our home as you would treat your own home, with respect. Smoking is allowed in patio.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
