My beautiful home is a smoke free environment. It is located in South Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. I enjoy guests from different cultures. It is a quiet home in a safe community. I am upstairs. The bus stop is conveniently just outside the door. This is especially appreciated in the winter time. My guests find the bus service excellent. It is a five minute bus ride to the University of Manitoba. 25 minutes to Downtown and University of Winnipeg. The kitchen and bathroom are shared (other guest). You are required to buy your own food and make all your own meals. Thank you for your interest. A security deposit is required upon arrival. A payment before arrival will be required.

About the Area
My house is located on the south end of the city. The bus stop is beside the house on a quiet street. Quiet safe suburb. It is a beautiful neighbourhood. Close to two strip malls. They include banks, grocery stores, and fast food. There is also ethnic grocery stores nearby and larger grocery stores such as Sobeys and Superstore.

Please be respectful of others by entering quietly, and cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, and being aware that others may be sleeping or studying. You must be a non smoking individual.

A nice place to live while I did my internship in Winnipeg and Gayle was a marvelous host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
