This large house is located in one of the safe communes of the great Santiago de Chile: Providencia.
It has 3 floors, two kitchens, 3 shared bathrooms and a nice terrace. There are also two rooms with private bathrooms.
Each room has been prepared and furnished to receive nationals and foreigners looking to study, work or live in Chile.
We are several in this house, some older than others, but always willing to live in community and share.

About the Area
Our house is located 12 minutes walk from the Salvador station on Line 1 and the same distance from the Ines de Suarez station on line 6 of the Santiago metro. A few steps away is Francisco Bilbao street with a flow of buses that connect you with the entire city. 5 minutes away is Manuel Montt street with great gastronomy, there is also the university sector and the Ines de Suarez Park.-

House Rules
HOUSE RULES // HOUSE RULES
1.- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, ONLY IN GARDENS (clean the ashtray when you finish smoking)
• Don't smoke inside the house, only outside (clean the ashtray when you finish)
2.- WHEN USING THE KITCHEN, LEAVE IT CLEAN. YOU MUST USE YOUR OWN DISHWASHER (includes washing and storing dishes, cleaning oven, burners, surfaces, refrigerator and microwave)
• using the kitchen means you have to clean it (includes wash and save the clothery, with your own washing soap: clean the oven, stoves, surfaces, refrigerator and microwaves)
3.- BE CAREFUL CLEANING YOUR HOUSE, CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM AND ROOM (USE YOUR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS)
• take care of the clean of the house, clean your bathroom and your room (use your own cleaning products)
4.- VISITS ARE NOT RECEIVED INSIDE THE ROOMS, YOU CAN USE THE TERRACE
• no visitors are allowed inside the rooms, you can use the terrace.
5.- DO NOT LOSE THE KEYS, THERE ARE NO MORE COPIES
• don't lose the keys, there are no more copies
6.- IDEAL IS THAT YOU USE THE TERRACE AND YOUR DESK TO EAT, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT IN YOUR BED.-
• If you want to eat in your room, please do it on your desk or table....could be better if you use the terrace, please don't use the bed.
7.- VISITORS MUST BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOUSE AND MAKE NO NOISE BETWEEN 11:00 PM AND 7:00 AM (AT NIGHT) YOU MUST PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR A NEW GUEST IN YOUR ROOM ($10,000)
• Visitors should be respectful of the house and keep noise levels reasonable. You must pay an extra for a new visitor in your room ($10,000)
8.- LEAVE THE BATHROOM CLEAN AFTER USING IT. USE YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER AND TOWELS.
• leave the bathroom clean after using it. use your own toilet paper and towels.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
