We live in a nice and secure condominium located in the south eastern Santiago. With a beautiful view of the Andes, also this located in a place where you can also appreciate a beautiful view of Santiago, especially at night. Located 10 minutes from Panul park reserve.

My wife and I are dedicated to making Sushi. Our hobbies are a rich dinner, walks in Santiago and museums, play Ps4. We have car to tour tourist areas.

OUR HOME IS SOUTH EAST OF SANTIAGO, IN A NICE AND INSURANCE SECTOR. NEAR THE CAJON MAIPO, SEXY BEAUTIFUL TOURIST PLACE NEAR THE VOLCANO SAN JOSE APPROX. 35kms. ALSO WE ARE LOCATED 5 MINUTES FROM SHOPPING CENTERS AND MALL APPROX. 2.5 KMS, DE SANTIAGO CENTRO WE ARE A 40 MINUTE APPROX. 23 KMS, WE HAVE A PUBLIC TRANSPORT OUTPUT WHICH LEAVE CONDO IN METRO DE SANTIAGO, complimentary YOU CAN LEAD TO MUSEUMS, CENTRO DE SANTIAGO, CINEMAS, UNIVERSITIES, ETC ... WE ARE ALSO A VINEYARD 1:40 HRS DEL MAR.

House Rules
We do not allow smoking inside the house, if they wish to smoke may do so in the yard or rear entrance of our home, we live in a condominium with 1 only allowing access is more secure as our environment. They will be free to use the kitchen but leave when they finish clean. We like to keep our home clean i ordered, which usually ensusia clean and ordered. After midnight you can play play, usarl your pc, watch tv cable, but with moderate volume. We do not accept strangers in the house, if you want to invite a friend must be agreed with us in advance. Overall enjoyed the stay and try to take care of our home as you would your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
