We are a German- Chinese family with 3 children who have lived in China for 20 years. We have 3 floor apartment on top of 17th floor, the room on the 1st floor was for our 16- years-old son, he has just moved out recently to live more close to school, so I refurbished the room in the summer. Staying with us, enjoy a homey place with German cleaning standard, and a Chinese culture with a western touch.

About the Area
Our home is just walking distance to Eton House International school and Korean School, yet it's a very typical Chinese community, you can see what's a real Chinese daily life alike here. Wuxi itself is not a top tourist city though it sits right at Taihu Lake, 2nd biggest sweet water lake in China, from Wuxi to Nanjing or Shanghai is always less than an hour with the high speed train, with Suzhou nearby as one of most famous places for ancient private gardens to visit. Where we live is about 15 to 30 minutes driving distance to all 3 railway stations in Wuxi, 15 minutes driving to Wuxi airport.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
