My house is a home for those who come here, this is bright and spacious with a bohemian touch. I can advise you, inform you and whatever it takes to make your stay here a rewarding experience. The neighborhood is quiet, there are parks and coffee area with a very good atmosphere. Very good public transport connection. 50 meters from the Spanish school Immersion Colombia. It is your best choice to enjoy this place full of friendly people, wonderful nature and perfect weather

About the Area
My house is 10 minutes walk from the Main Park. One block from the bus stop. It is a very quiet neighborhood and everything you need is near. The Manuel Uribe hospital is 6 minutes by taxi. Life here is quiet and very safe. The neighbors are friendly and very cooperative. Very close we have the Natural Park of El Salado, 8 minutes by bus, with a beautiful nature and a varied fauna. From my house we see the beautiful mountains that surround us, and you can take walks to enjoy this spectacular nature.

The following house rules are provided to ensure that all guests enjoy a comfortable stay. We want you to feel at home and we hope you will treat this apartment as you would expect others to treat your own home.
• Consideration that must be given to other guests and neighbors at all times.
• Maintain a respectful volume level in the apartment at ALL times.
• When you use the kitchen, please leave it clean and organized. Also, if you use any other area of the house.
• The patio or balcony is the only smoking area in the apartment, otherwise you must go out to smoke, no exceptions. Do not throw cigarettes or trash from the balcony.
• There are definitely NO parties or parties "after" in the apartment. There are a lot of bars and clubs in this area.
• Strictly no drugs or prostitutes in the apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
