Nuestra Casa se encuentra situada en el Reparto de Punta Gorda, se caracteriza por la tranquilidad, se encuentra a 30minutos de la ciudad caminando por el bello Malecon de nuestra ciudad, De mi casa especificamente la parte que rentamos es La Planta Alta Totalmente Independiente tiene una bella vista desde la terraza a toda la bahia de Cienfuegos y a una pequeña Laguna.Vivimos debajo mi esposo mi hija de 16años y yo, mi hija habla Ingles. Tambien justo al lado de este apartamento de dos habitaciones tenemos ademas una Habitacion Privada con su entrada independiente y su baño que comparte la escalera de acceso a la planta alta y una pequeña terraza al frente

About the Area
Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en un barrio muy tranquilo, cerca del mar y a una cuadra de una pequeña Laguna muy pintoresca segun han descrito los visitantes, tenemos muy cerca al Club Cienfuegos, Palacio del Valle, Hotel Jagua,La Marina Marlin, centro nocturno El Cubanisimo de Artex, hay un mercado de comestibles y otros productos a 6 cuadras ademas de una gasolinera a 4 cuadras, tambien tenemos cerca varias Paladares, la parada de autobus mas cercana es a dos cuadras en la avenida principal

Al encontrarnos en un reparto tranquilo si escuchan musica no debe ser alto el volumen, NO fumar dentro de la casa pueden fumar solo en las terrazas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
