It is located in the Historic Center of the city of Cienfuegos, 200 meters from the José Martí Park.
in its surroundings you will find the Cathedral "Our Lady of La Purísima Concepción", the Tomás Terry theater, art galleries, restaurants and bars, you can also find 2 boulevards, in the vicinity you will find the sea, the cruise terminal, the royal pier that has become In a place where you can watch the sunset, listen to music and enjoy some cultural traditions. All these sites can be reached without the need of transportation.
Just 200 meters from the "José MartÍ" Park you will arrive at "Villa Pocala" which consists of two totally independent, spacious and cozy apartments ideal for the enjoyment of families or groups of friends, in them you will find living room, kitchen-dining room, heated room , private bathroom, hot and cold water 24 hours, refrigerator, has a spacious terrace for your enjoyment and wifi connection.
In our house I live with my wife and my daughter, we are Licensed in Physical Culture and Sports and have worked as a physical rehabilitator for 24 years, you will find in our home love for sport, varied topics of conversation, careful attention and a wide and cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sun, fresh air and views of heritage values. The hosts speak the English language.

Our house is located in the historic center of the city of Cienfuegos, Cuba, just 200 meters from the plaque "José Martí" and 150 meters from the sea, 200 meters from the naval museum, around the park you will find the Cathedral in its surroundings " Our Lady of La Purísima Concepción ", the Tomás Terry theater built in 1890, art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The apartments are completely independent, guests will have the keys but access to the villa will be through the doorman.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
