It is located on a first floor (8 steps) and is described in: three rooms, large balcony, hall, living room, terrace, dining room, kitchen and garage.
The rooms have double beds, one with the possibility of adding a personal bed. All with private bathroom with hot / cold water, minibar, and heated with split.
The property has the modality of Hostel for the greater comfort of the guests, with service of maid the 24 hours, and cleaning and change of daily provisioning.

The property is very clean and airy, has refrigerator, telephone, TV and dining set on the terrace. Comfortable room for your rest, and a large dining room for 6 people.
From the balcony you can enjoy tranquility and pleasant breezes due to its proximity to the sea.
The property is located just outside the tunnel of 5th. Avenida in Miramar, less than 30 meters from La Puntilla Shopping Center, near nightclubs such as the Carlos Marx Theater, Cuban Art Factory, among others, and restaurants and bars such as: Sea View, Nero Di Seppia, Kasalta and Río Mar, Don Cangrejo, La Carboncita and El Tocororo, etc.
As you cross the tunnel you will find the Vedado with its Havana Malecon, close to the Riviera and Melia Cohiba hotels, and less than 15 minutes by car from the historic city center.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
