It is a beautiful apartment, where we rented two rooms, located in the historical part of Old Havana. It is recommended especially for those who want to know the oldest part of Havana, especially for couples, families and young adventurers. The house is located close to attractions such as the Havana Cathedral, Hotel Sevilla, home of the Bishop of Havana, Bodeguita del Medio, Palacio de los Capitanes Generales (museum), Cultural Center Alejo Carpentier, Museo de Arte Colonial , Cafe O'reilly, El Patio Restaurant, Hotel Ambos Mundos, La Plaza Vieja ... House Rules
We hope our customers feel comfortable in our house, if not, we ask you to please inform us immediately to solve.
Our customers can walk freely around the living room, as if they want to talk with our family, for us it is a pleasure. Allow Cuban visit friends in our house, but not inside the rooms.
Admitted pets.
You can smoke in open areas such as, living room, hallway, not in the rooms as they are heated.
We deliver sets of keys per room, the customer must deliver it before leaving, if lost, you must pay them.
Our house is not this act for physical handicapped, because access is by stairs,

I reserved the casa because your site shows that the house is close to the Vieja plaza. I thought the location was perfect to travel. But the casa is not on the same location as homestay says.
The house is far from the Vieja plaza and Obispo street, the street around the house was dark and seemed somewhat dangerous.
Your site should correct the place of the house and give right information for foreigners to choose a casa.Host reply

The memory, the Old Square is in the street: San Ignacio between Muralla and Teniente Rey, 4 street of our house, by Muralla or Teniente Rey, the street: Obispo, is 4 streets leaving the house, On the left, On the street: Aguacate. As for the lighting of the streets, it is normal in all the vat, which is little, for the saving of electricity that has the country, since there is no oil. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
