We live in the same historic center of Old Havana, in the very heart of Old Havana, between the main squares, the Old Square, Cathedral Square and Plaza de la Real Fuerza. The building was built in the first half of the century XVIII. It is a typical house-palace of the nobility of the mid-eighteenth century that is distinguished by its beauty, with Grade I of Protection of the Patrimo, emphasizes in the interior walls the original mural paintings.
Guests can enjoy a room that is composed of a double bed and two single beds, with private bathroom, hot and cold water, TV, refrigerator. Guests can have full access to the kitchen. It is located on the second floor of the edification. It has a perfect location. Guests will share the property with the hosts of the house
We have wifi access in the house with an additional cost. The connectivity depends on the state service.

House Rules
, The client must:
1. Maintain social behavior that does not affect the neighborhood (such as noise, loud music or amoral exhibition, among others).
2. It is prohibited to bring children or teenagers to the house for illicit sexual enjoyment.
3. It is prohibited in the apartment: prostitution, pimping, drug use and any unauthorized or illegal activity according to what is established in our country.
4. You must take a picture of the identity card or write down the details of the people you invite to share in the apartment, and provide them to the host in case of requesting them.
5. He must take care of the material goods placed at his disposal; in case of loss or deterioration you must pay for them.
6. The subletting of the apartment is prohibited.
7. You must communicate any inconvenience or concern to the host.
8. Always throw garbage in the available baskets in the bathroom and kitchen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
