Apartment on the first floor in multifamily building. Composed of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and the other with two beds and half square), two private bathrooms and three balconies. The rooms are air-conditioned, safe deposit boxes. The bathrooms and kitchen with hot and cold water. further it comprises conventional telephone, refrigerators, TV and internet access via Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment and utensils to prepare quick meals.
The apartment is rented fully independent, our presence is only on request for cleaning, changing linens and towels, breakfast preparation, guidance and what you need; For communication with us you will be given phone numbers and always be at your disposal at any time and schedule.
The building is on a quiet street, busy by almendrones (old cars with Serbian shared taxis), that lead to Centro Habana and Old Havana. From the balconies you can enjoy a view of the ramp area in the neighborhood of Vedado. Less than 300 meters is the 23rd Street and the famous Malecon.
Around there are other rental homes that let you share your holiday with groups of friends.
Diagonal to the building is the Vedado with piquera taxi service for tourists and offers breakfast with affordable Hotel, among others Serbians that can access if desired.

About the Area
Our house is located in the north of the city in one of the busiest both day and night given the wide variety of offerings that provides areas. This area is known as La Rampa, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Havana known as El Vedado. Just 300 meters away is the Malecón, 3 km from the Historical Center, in Old Havana and about 20 km Playas del Este.
From Havana you can visit other attractions in nearby provinces such as Varadero (Cuba famous beach) in Matanzas and Las Terrazas, Soroa and Viñales in Pinar del Rio.
From the International Airport José Martí the bus terminal Viazul tourism for about 10 minutes (where there are routes for transportation to and from the rest of the attractions in other provinces. It takes around 20 minutes

House Rules
The apartment is in a multifamily building, so you have to meet the standards established togethers. Not perform Bullas, visit minors unaccompanied by their parents are not allowed, use of drugs, of RECEIVE views of people not declared in the lodging, to report on visitor logbook is not supported. Upon arriving at our department will be given a list of these and other house rules.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
