Our apartment is in a building representative from the constructive boom of the 50´s in Cuba, comfy and with a very breezy balcony to Paseo Avenue. You´ll feel relaxed while visiting Havana in a very safe place, well connected to Old Havana, near to Malecón and with many restaurants, bars and places to enjoy very close.

About the Area
Our building is located in one of the most centric and safe areas of Havana. We are only 10 minutes away from Old Havana by car, 3 blocks away from Malecón and there are many private restaurants that offer cuban cuisine and international. At night, at only 3 blocks away, near the sea, you can enjoy cuban music and dancing shows at Havana Café, where Buena Vista Social Club plays often or listen to cuban jazz at Jazz Café and you won´t have to worry for coming back late.

House Rules
Welcome Home!
We have and we actually live there, and share with our guests, we rent two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and prepare guests breakfasts and everything they need.
At the Check In, you must show us your passport and sing the Registration Book, which is a legal record that informs cuban authorities about your permanence. This is a procedure that every host must follow by law.
Your Check In will be at 15:00 hrs and the Check Out will be at 12:00 hrs, we´ll give you luggage deposit service if you need to. If the guest don´t follow this schedule, will have to pay the full price for the night.
The change of sheets and towels will be every three days, please let us know through the Don´t disturb indicator if you are in the room.
The guest must use the electric home appliances in a correct way. Please turn off the air conditioner if you wont stay at the room.
Parties, celebrations and activities involving a group of persons are not allowed in the house.
The guest can´t bring to the house fire weapons, explosive material, narcotics, inflammable or forbidden substances of any kind.
The guest is engaged to behave properly, under the basic principles of respect and civility and according to cuban laws, otherwise the house will cancel your reservation before the end date.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
