The services provided by the Owner of the House, Sra. Miriam, are really good. She shares the apartment with the guests during their stay and provide a light breakfast as requested by Homestay.
The property has 3 rooms. We rent one room with two beds and private bathroom.
The facilities are Air Conditioning,Ventilator, TV set, Minibar, Towels, Bedclothes and hot and cold water.

The Neighbourhood is named "El Principe" in Plaza de la Revolution Municipality.There are some restaurants, bars and Cultural Centers,like Quinta de Los Molinos Gardens,The National Theater,located in The Revolution Square,near the Neighbourhood.There are also some Museums like the Revolution Square Museum and Napoleonic Museum.The University of Havana and Havana Libre Hotel located in one of the most important corners of the City is also 15 minutes walking from the neighbourhood. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from Centro Habana and 20 minutes walking from Old Havana and 15 minutes walking from Vedado.
Our clients enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, security and privacy in the apartment after spent the day visiting the city. The location is really good with easy access to the Airport and to the most important places in Havana.
From the living room and balcony of the apartment our guests can access to wifi internet conexion.

Our apartment is located around 25 minutes by car from the international airport José Martí in Havana, driving into Boyeros Avenue until Carlos III Avenue. After The Revolution Square and the National Bus Terminal is located Carlos III Avenue. Turn right until the Four Block named Almendares Street. On the left side, the No.7, 2nd floor.The apartment is located close to Quinta de Los Molinos Gardens, 10 minutes walking from the Havana University,15 minutes walking from Vedado,20 minutes walking from Old Havana and 5 minutes walking from Centro Habana. Near than Fajardo Hospital, Calixto García Hospital and Emergencía Hospital.

House Rules
The guests must care the furniture of the house. It´s not aloud to receive "visitors" in the house. The guests must paid for extra services the house offer like Minibar, laundry, dinner if they requested. Smokers only can do it in the balcony, it´s not aloud to do it inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
