Habitación con baño privado, en casa familiar para 1 ó 2 personas en apartamento moderno, fresco, seguro, con salón comedor, cocina, todo a compartir con una sola residente y ubicado en 2da planta edificio con ascensor. Magnífica locación, a sólo 2 calles de la Casa de la Música de Galiano, fácil y rápido acceso al Vedado, Centro Histórico, Habana Vieja y al Chinatown; a 5 calles del Malecón habanero, lugar de encuentro más visitado en la ciudad.

About the Area
Es muy céntrico y populoso, está enclavado en la principal área comercial de La Habana, en el que se encuentran las grandes tiendas: La Época, Flogar, Ultra, TRASVAL y otros de menor tamaño, todas en Galiano (2 cuadras de la casa), donde además se encuentra la Casa de la Música de La Habana, el legendario Teatro de Variedades América con su moderno restaurant, 2 galerías de arte, los hoteles Deuville y Lincoln, diversas discotecas y sitios gastronómicos entre otros. Si prefiere la comida china puede visitar la red de restaurantes y cafeterías del Barrio Chino tomando 5
cuadras al sur hasta la calle Zanja o hasta el Cuchillo del Barrio Chino, los
restaurantes y comercios de las calles Manrique, Dragones y Salud y la bella iglesia de La Caridad del Cobre patrona de Cuba; a 2 calles por Concordia en el númeroo 468 se encuentra el Restaurant-Paladar La Guarida que está ubicado en la locación de filmación del filme Fresa y Chocolate y es punto fijo del personal de las embajada de España, Estados Unidos, etc y ha sido visitado por celebrididades como: Jack Nicholson y Beyoncé.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
