Casa Marta is located in the heart of El Vedado, one of the most modern, quiet and accessible areas of Havana. It is a modern house.
This apartment with independent entrance is adjacent to our family home, inserted in the residential complex.
It has :
- Uncovered terrace very cozy. Windows to the outside, very clear and ventilated.
- Privacy assured.
- Living room - hall.
- Kitchen - dining room.
- Complete bathroom. Hot and cold water 24 hours.
- Rooms 1 with air conditioning, fan and double bed.
- Rooms 2 with cold split, fan, double bed and a single bed.
- A set of keys is given to the tenant.
- Price per night:
30.00 eur per night x hab. In high season (Oct- March)
25.00 eur per night x hab. In low season (April-Sept)
Note. We will provide light breakfast as part of your nightly
rate.
- LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to rent to foreigners.
- Cuban accompanying persons are allowed.
- A light breakfast is included in the price x night.
- A full breakfast service (upon request) will paid separately.
We speak Spanish and English and Our main objective is that our guests feel at home.

About the Area
Our house is in Vedado area .very well served, it is quiet and lively neighborhood at the same time , an ideal spot for those tourist visiting Havana and who would like to experience residential area well-connected to transport routes and with easy access.

Access to public transport and places of interest :
We are located at 100 metres from the Avenue 23, one of the main avenues of the city has very good lines of communication with the rest of the city via bus stop and taxi.
We are a walking distance to some interesting places such as Chaplin Cinema (headquarter of Havana's International Film festival) , Revolution Square, the beautiful Malecon, the Cuban Art Factory (FAC) with its varied menu Artistic, cultural and gastronomic, night centers like strawberry & Chocolate , Yellow Submarine (retro music live), crossing the street you can visit the Lennon Park and see the sculpture in bronze of the singer, among others.
Old Havana (only a 10-15 minute taxi drive away).
International Airport "Jose Marti" (20-25 minute taxi drive)
Inter-provincial bus station "VIA AZUL" (10-15 minute taxi drive away)

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

-The rental payment is made in cash at the entrance of the host, the first day of your accommodation.
-Breakfast time from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
-The breakage of objects, as well as damages caused within the property will be charged separately according by the landlord.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
