It is an independent and air conditioned apartment only for guests. It has living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Very cozy and with all the comforts. It is located in an urban area in the center of Havana. The building is in excellent condition, has 2 new elevators and perfect condition. It is very close to the Capitol, the Gran Teatro de la Habana, the Chino neighborhood, the Hermanos Ameijeiras hospital and 20 minutes from Vedado. In its surroundings you can find restaurants, nightclubs, museums and art galleries. The neighborhood is very quiet and people are very sociable. Breakfast and lunch service are offered that are not included in the price of the lodging. It offers airport pick-up service, breakfast and excursions to different places in the city and the provinces such as Viñales, Soroa, Varadero, Trinidad, Cienfuegos that are not included in the price of the lodging.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in an urban area in the center of the city in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
The area is full of cafes, bars and nightclubs and shopping centers.
Nearby is the Ameijeiras Hospital, the Carlos Tercero Shopping Center, the House of Music of Centro Habana. Only 15 min walk from the historic center in Old Havana, the Gran Teatro de La Habana, the Capitolio. 20 min walking from Vedado.
There are several bus stops for different destinations.
In the basement of the building there is a bank, a candy store and a currency exchange house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
