House Rules
1- IS PROHIBITED: The entry of minors without their parents.
2- Carry or consume drugs inside the house.
3- The entrance to prostitutes or pimps.
4- Meetings of a political nature against the principles of the Revolution, the country and our laws.
5- High music and TV, noises, parties, unnecessary door pulls that could disturb the neighbors, as well as talking loudly in the corridors of the building.
6- Smoking inside the house except balcony and kitchen.
7- Stay with people who are not registered in the Guest Book.
8- Carrying or keeping firearms, knives or martial arts weapons inside the house.
9- Save tobacco, alcoholic beverages, works of art without the proper official invoice and customs clearance.
10- Clients must present their passport when entering the first day to be registered in our book and reported to Emigration, with their personal data, and pay the full value of the agreed stay upon arrival.
11 - The house does not guarantee returns of cash to customers who leave the property before the agreed date for reasons unrelated to comfort, good functioning and good service of our house, since the date previously reserved and agreed with the client or agency has been Respected until your arrival, discarding other customers.
12- Customers must preserve and care for the property and its inventory, and must pay the value of broken items or damage to the property according to the value of the item in our inventory if necessary.
13- The house is not responsible for loss of documents, jewelry or money left out of the safe.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
