Bed & Breakfast under international management in the heart of Centro Habana, the central district of the Cuban capital.
Close to the main tourist attractions and just 200 meters from the Malecón waterfront, there are 3 stylishly furnished and air-conditioned double rooms with private bathroom and minibar.
We speak German, Spanish and English, so that we can respond perfectly to your wishes and give you tips and suggestions for your stay in Havana.
We, a Cuban-German couple, rent rooms with private bathroom in the center of Havana Cuba - in the lively Centro Habana.
Our lovingly restored Casa was built in 1923.
The common area for all guests consists of the living room with dining table and seating, as well as a kitchenette.
In the entrance area is the living room with dining table and seating.
There is free daily of 2 hours of Internet. Additional surfing costs 1 CUC / h.
Through the hallway with kitchenette leads to the beautifully landscaped patio with seating for each rental party. From here the 3 double rooms leave.
The hosts live in the back of the apartment. We are always approachable for the guests and will gladly advise you regarding worthwhile sights, excursion destinations and beaches. "Casa IndiCuba" collaborates with various tour operators, who, e.g. Bicycle tours, salsa courses and diving trips u.v.m. to offer. Of course we also give tips for the hot nightlife of Havana. We organize your pick up from the airport and also book a taxi for tours inside and outside the city. On request, we also arrange private accommodation in other cities of the Caribbean island.

Our neighborhood in Havana:
"Casa Indicuba" is located in the lively Centro Habana, probably the most authentic district of the capital of Cuba.
The hustle and bustle in the streets and the contrast between old and new make up the charm of this area.
Only 100 meters from our Casa is the restaurant "La Guarrida". The imposing building was made famous by the legendary Cuban film "Fresa and Chocolate".
Here Madonna also celebrated her birthday (and supposedly danced on the table).
Also the restaurant "San Cristobal" is located near the property. In 2014, Obama sat down to dinner here.
Our accommodation is centrally and strategically located between the sights of Havana.
On the one hand, it only takes about 15 minutes. to the historic old town (Habana Vieja).
On the other hand, it is just as fast in the more modern district of Vedado, famous for its party mile (La Rampa) and many cultural institutions.
The sea is only 5 minutes from our Casa. to run. There is always something going on day and night along the famous Malecon shore road.
Centro Habana is an emerging area, with many interesting cultural projects, restaurants and cafes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
