We are a couple of entrepreneurs who work in our own apartment rental business. Our apartment is located in the residential area of Miramar, 100 meters from the coast and we have ocean view from our fully furnished, equipped and independent apartment that has a large dining room, 3 air-conditioned double rooms with safe, large bathrooms with cold and hot water central, bed linen, towels included in the price, large equipped kitchen, covered patio with laundry, washing machines and clotheslines, private parking, landline telephone, tv, dvd, mini music equipment and is serviced completely 24 hours by its owners. You can request to reserve the number of rooms you want, paying only the one you use and enjoying full privacy in the rest of the apartment.
We are located in the safest residential area of the country, next to the malecon habanero, banks, embassies, just 200 meters from international banks, ATMs, La Puntilla shopping center, as well as Karl Marx theater, restaurant, 24-hour coffee shops.

Our apartment is located in one of the safest and most comfortable area of the city. A very short distance, even walking, from theaters like the Karl Marx, La Puntilla shopping center, famous restaurants, and the malecon habanero since we are 200 meters from the tunnel that connects Miramar and Vedado with its Havana malecon. Proximo Clubs, International Banks, Embassies, Hotels, Cafeterias 24 hours and home services.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
