We are located in a privileged place of the well-known Reparto Miramar built by the Cuban upper class in the 50's that is why it was always a privileged area of the city. A few meters from the coast, 10 minutes from Old Havana and the Cuban Art Factory, rated the latter as attraction No.1 on TripAdvisor, you can walk.
If you want to go to the beaches of the east to 20 minutes you will find a crystal clear water and as always on this island, a good sun.
Aspiro feel like they are in their own home so I guarantee independence and security.
A daily cleaning of the room is carried out with the change of sheets and towels.
Located in the heart of Miramar, centrally located and easily accessible to any other part of the city.
The house is decorated to feel at ease, has three rooms, each with its own bathroom.
Due to its central location, you will have access to a few meters to private restaurants, theaters, nightclubs and shopping centers.

About the Area
Our house has two bedrooms to rent three. It is located in Miramar, central location in beautiful houses and leafy trees.
You can access anywhere in the city so centrally located.
A few meters from the Cuban Art Factory, which has ranked No.1 in Review list Tourist Attractions Havana. You can go I walk, I assure you it will be nice!
It has the coast a few meters, but if you want to know the eastern beaches in just 20 minutes you will be enjoying good sunshine and clear water !.
Conversely, it is 20 minutes areopuerto.
If you want to have a pleasant stay and descasar after exploring our city, please contact us! we are at your service!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
