The apartment has an independent entrance from the main house. It consists of a large living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio-terrace and garage. It has hot and cold water, split, fan, refrigerator, TV 32 "with USB port, and kitchen accessories if you want to cook. Electricity: 110/220 V. It is very private, ideal for couples. Also, if you have a car, you can use the garage in the house to have more security.
Very quiet place, safe and central; located a few meters from the hotels KOHLY and El Bosque, where you can make use of wifi connection. It is located approximately 150 meters from the International Stomatology Clinic; Less than 1 km from the International Clinic "Cira García", and the Placental Histotherapy Center. It is also located very close to the Casa de la Música de Miramar, the Bosque de La Habana, the "El Chévere" Cabaret, the "Almendares" Club, the "El Encuentro" Bar, Fusión Habana Bar-Restaurant, D-Restaurant-Cafeteria 'Camino (open 24 hours), Paladar Casa Blanca; relatively close to the Art Factory, the Papparazzi and the well-known night bar Sangri-Lá. Located, also, two blocks from the Almendares bridge, point that joins the municipality Playa with Vedado; and where the tourist bus that walks through the Havana coast passes.
In the same distribution, the hotels "Kohly" and "El Bosque" are located, where there are car rental points. If you want to have the experience of cycling around Havana, 50 meters from the house there is a bicycle rental office of excellent quality; this means of transport will allow you to know much of the city by yourself and then return to rest in a quiet and very safe place. Inside the city, it is approximately 8 kilometers from Old Havana; where you can visit the Capitol, the Great Theater of Havana, Central Park; as well as the Old Plazas, The Cathedral, San Francisco de Asís, etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
