The Hostel "Candelaria 74" is located about two blocks from downtown in Santa Clara City. In the house live Isidro, his wife Marta and his two daughters. The house has a large living room, sitting room and a side interior corridor, all these pieces are shared for guests, it also has 2 rooms with private bathroom each one. All well ventilated and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. In the house the host also speaks English and Italian.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the shopping complex of the historic center and other attractions of the city such as the bar - cafeteria - confectionery Doña Nelly, the ice cream shop "Coppelia", the Buen Viaje church.
Within the tourist attractions that are recommended to visit in Santa Clara, are the Mausoleum to the Armored Train, the square Ernesto Che Guevara and the Loma of the Capiro.

There are two triple rooms for rent of 20 m2 each, very similar, with capacity for 3 people, have a double bed (1.45 mx 1.95 m) and a single (0.93 mx 1.96 m) each one. These rooms have clothes rack with two drawers, wall-mounted fans, air conditioning, two bedside tables, hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Towels, bed linen and supplies are included.

Among the services that are offered with additional cost, are breakfast, dinner, laundry, parking or other that is requested. Smoking is allowed inside and outside the room, pets are also allowed. To know places of natural, social, cultural or historical interest, are also managed transportation services, excursions or any other of the interest of the guest.

At the hostel, the hosts work to make guests feel comfortable, motivated and with desire to return. It is interest of the family to please their guests and help them in any way possible.

El Hostal Candelaria 74, se encuentra situado a poco más de dos cuadras del centro de la ciudad de Santa Clara. En la casa viven Isidro, su esposa Marta y sus dos hijas. La casa cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, saleta y un pasillo interior lateral, estas piezas compartidas para los huéspedes, tiene además 2 habitaciones con baño privado cada una. Todo bien ventilado y confortable, con abundante luz natural. En la casa el anfitrión habla, además, inglés e italiano.

La casa se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, muy cerca del muy cerca del complejo de tiendas del centro histórico y otras atracciones de la ciudad como el bar-cafetería-dulcería Doña Nelly, la heladería "Coppelia", la iglesia de Buen Viaje.
Dentro de las atracciones turísticas que se recomiendan visitar en Santa Clara, se encuentran el Mausoleo al Tren Blindado, la plaza Ernesto Che Guevara y la Loma del Capiro.

Se rentan dos habitaciones triples de 20 m2 cada una, muy similares, con capacidad para 3 personas, cuentan con una cama doble (1.45 m x 1.95 m) y una sencilla (0.93 m x 1.96 m) cada una. Estas habitaciones poseen porta ropa con dos gavetas, ventilador de pared, aire acondicionado, dos mesitas de noche, agua fría y caliente las 24 horas del día. Se incluyen toallas, ropa de cama, avituallamientos.

Entre los servicios que se ofertan con costo adicional, se encuentran desayuno, cena, lavandería, parqueo u otro que se solicite. Se permite fumar dentro y fuera de la habitación, también se permiten mascotas. Para conocer sitios de interés natural, social, cultural o histórico se gestionan también servicios de transportación, excursiones o cualquier otro del interés del huésped.

En el hostal se trabaja para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos, motivados y con deseos de regresar. Es interés de la familia complacer a sus huéspedes y ayudarlos en todo lo que sea posible.
