Our house is close to restaurants, public transportation, family activities, and nightlife. You'll love my place because of the kitchen, comfy bed, views, and high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
In our house you can enjoy a late colonial house of the nineteenth century to the early twentieth century, two spacious bedrooms, one with three beds in one and a personal bathroom, private, windows into the garden of the house, chairs study and heated rest, the other room consists of the same but with two beds. All this in a decorated atmosphere of the time.
Casa Familia Pastrana gives you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful spacious common areas with views of the interior garden ideal for leisure housing and tasting our gastronomic offerings such as Camaron grille, and of course the lobster casildeña, we also have to tender chicken and you can not miss the typical Cuban dish, the exquisite pork, all accompanied by fresh vegetables, rice and broth.

Our house is located just one block from Central Park and three of the Plasa Mayor is at night very quiet and ilumidado neighborhood, just one block from the house is the bus station that goes to the beach which is 15 km, we also have a taxi at the house at your disposal to make any tour if quicieran outside the city

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
