Room just for 4 people, very comfortable, heated, with private bathroom and hot and cold water service, after a garage with continuous independent entrance of a living room that gives way to the room through a staircase, with two double beds on the second floor. Very comfortable, quiet and silent. You can walk where you want since we are in the center of the city. Near Viazul Bus Station, the Historic District and the Central Park. It will feel like home.
We have a nice cobblestone cobblestone patio that inspires being in the old city of Trinidad. You can enjoy the room, where you can receive friends or share with the hosts if you wish, or simply allow a while of reading and rest without interruptions. In the dining room you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, comfortable terraces, ideal for large groups or families, always without losing your privacy and independence. You can also use the kitchen if you wish to prepare a dish of your choice.

About the Area
Everything is very easy thanks to the position of our House, Viazul Station 250 meters, Central Park 280 meters and historic center just 5 minutes walk. Very quiet neighborhood at any time.

House Rules
You have access to the whole house in general. Generally the entrance is through the garage, totally independent, after 10:00 PM for security we ask that you enter through the front door of the house if you wish.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
