Baraka Space is a very cosy and comfortable place. Soak up the modern and vintage charm of this fully re-modernized home. Eclectic accents include some original artwork collected from different part of the world. A relaxing terrace , a comfortable and cozy room with private/separate bathroom.The Space will be co-shared with the host, living in the other room of the house. A huge common area is dedicated to sharing time and activities. The place is located in one of the greenest area of the city, el Maadi, and it is closed to a public square with a beautiful garden. Baraka Space is a house full of art. The host is a singer working in events, development and culture. She loves travelling ,dancing and cooking following the sparks of her Italian origins. The house is a quiet and at the same time a magic space full of life. Baraka Space is welcoming artists, travelers and workers to find a creative space in the most fascinating and chaotic cities of the world.

Maadi is located south of Cairo on the east bank of the Nile, 12 Km from downtown Cairo and 20 Km from New Cairo.It is the greenest area of the city, planned by a Canadian retired officer holding some facilities founded by British Expatriates.If you want to get the best out of life in the middle of Cairo while indulging yourself with unique experiences retaining the quiet private life, then Maadi is definitely the place for you. 1) It is preferable if guests clean their own dishes
2) shoes are not allowed at home
3) not extra guests allowed without informing the tenant.
3.1. the room can be maximum for 2 guests with the addition of 10 $to the room price for the extra guest.
4) Extra lunch or dinner can be required on demand before 24 hours
5)According to the Egyptian Law, for Egyptian passport holders, will be required a marriage certificate to book the room for couples.
- The property reserves the right to ask for a marriage certificate for couples coming from Muslim countries.
- For single parents with children the property deserve the right to ask for ID and custody certificate for the minor.
- Method of Payment : The payment of the premises is made in advance by PayPal link that I will send to you once the booking is confirmed
- Cancellation policy: We ask our guests to give at least 7 days 'notice for any cancellation . Any cancellation later than this will not be refund!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
